Can I switch from website app to Mac App Store app in my 30 days trial?
I erroneously bought the app for Mac through the website instead of buying it through Mac App Store and this way lost a chance to sync via iCloud. Did I understand it right?
I can't wait for another version bc I have been using 1Password for a long time on my iPhone and if I can't sync the info then the OS X app is useless for me
So can I get my money back (as per 30 day trial) and buy it again through MAS?
Or any other good solutions?

That's your refund processed and you should see the refund on your account in the next couple of work days, so maybe early next week as it's Thursday today. 1Password is on sale at the moment so to ensure you pick up the good price I'd recommend grabbing the Mac App Store version now rather than waiting :smile:
