I'm sure you'll get the help you need, but you'll need to provide some additional information before anyone can provide that help. What version of 1Password do you have on your Mac? What version do you have for iOS? How are you attempting to sync the data - Dropbox, iCloud, Wi-Fi, Folder Sync? What happens when you try to sync? How is that different from what you expect to happen?

The version set up on my Mac PC is Version 4.4.2, the version on my Iphone is 6.0.2. I have tried to sync with Wifi and Cloud neither seems to work. And when I downloaded this application back in May, 2015 it never seemed to work.

When you say you are trying to sync with Cloud, do you mean iCloud?

Sorry, yes!

It appears that I have a numerous amount of 1Password downloads on my Mac. Not sure which versions I need to eliminate.

Hi @bobernal,
I'm sorry you're having trouble syncing your 1Password data!
Unfortunately iCloud sync won't work between 1Password 4 (which is on your Mac) and 1Password 6 (which is on your iPhone). That's because, starting in version 5, the iCloud sync option in 1Password uses Apple's CloudKit technology, which Apple introduced in iOS 8 and Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite). Unfortunately CloudKit is not backwards-compatible with previous versions of iOS or Mac OS X, or with 1Password 4. We have more information about that here: Why does iCloud require at least iOS 8, OS X 10.10, and the Mac App Store?
In order to sync between 1Password 4 for Mac and 1Password 6 for iOS, you'll need to switch to Dropbox sync or Wi-Fi sync. You said you had trouble setting up Wi-Fi sync, and we'll be happy to help you with that if you'd like. But please note that the Wi-Fi sync option in 1Password 4 doesn't support syncing attachments, and the sync doesn't start automatically (you would need to manually initiate the sync from your iPhone each time).
It appears that I have a numerous amount of 1Password downloads on my Mac. Not sure which versions I need to eliminate.
Do you mean you have multiple copies of the 1Password app? If so, that could cause some problems, so you'll want to delete all but 1 of those. This knowledgebase article should help you to do that: How to remove multiple, conflicting copies of 1Password from your system
Hopefully this helps, but please let us know if you need anything else. Thanks! :)

Hi Drew, ok I removed all 1 Password application and downloads except (1) 1 Password 5.4, it appears to be the only vault with stored information. I think part of my problem could be that I also purchased the app on my Iphone due to having a problem syncing. Do I need to remove the 1 Password application from my Iphone in order to allow the system to sync?

Hey @bobernal! It sounds like we're getting closer here! :) Does the version of 1Password you have installed on your Mac now include an iCloud sync option in Preferences > Sync? I just want to make sure you're set to get syncing up and running. Having the iPhone app as well would likely not cause this type of sync issue. It's good to know all your info is on your Mac, though.

Yes it does!

@bobernal Great! Enable sync by selecting the iCloud option on your vault in Preferences > Sync. Then, on your iPhone it may be best to simply start over and add the vault from iCloud during setup. Before you do this, just make sure you don't have any items in your iPhone that aren't also in your Mac. Let us know if you have any questions about setting things up! We'll be here to help out. :)
