manually saving a Login, i click on (what i think is) the gear icon i can't find 'Save new Login'

I am trying to send you a screen shot, but not sure if it worked

but if it did , you see from the screen shot, 'Save new Login' doesnt appear in the options!

We did get that screenshot, thanks so much for sharing it. This makes it much easier to see what's up. I am sorry for the confusion: I can certainly see how that might look like a gear icon.

Here's a marked up screenshot:

The gear icon is the one at the top right of the window, and the icon you're looking at is a combination lock icon, used for our password generator.
