I am having lots of problems and don't have time to spend all day reading your online guides and blogs. What is the phone number to speak to a customer support representative?

    AgileBits uses this forum as the first line of support. If you do't want to comb through the forum, do at least post information about the difficulties you are having. Someone will be quick to help.

    If it turns out that another avenue for communication is needed, AgileBits support will shift to what seems most useful.

    You can always email to support@agilebits.com with your issues, but typically support is fastest in the forum. And answers to your questions have the further advantage that they can help other users too.

    I purchase an upgrade to 1 password 5.3.2. It won't download automatically (?)- get error message. don't know how to switch over all existing info from versions 3 and 4 to 5. Log in doesn't accept the new password you sent me.

    Hey @usblakes! Sorry you're having trouble upgrading to 1Password 5 from 1Password 3. Could you try downloading 1Password 5 from our Downloads page? Once you've got that, we recommend following our upgrade guide, which simply takes you through the steps of removing the 1Password 3 and leaving your data so you can move it to the latest version. If you have any trouble with this, please let us know what's going on and we'll do our best to help out. :)

    I already downloaded it. I'm not tech savvy and I am I am afraid of losing my data, which would be catastrophic. Can you walk me through it? My phone number is [redacted]. Thanks!
