Synchrony Bank-works with Norton ID safe not with 1Password?

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I can use Norton ID safe and login to Synchrony Bk no problem, but with 1Pass get frame error?

    Hi @dfitz,

    The frame error occurs when you ask 1Password to fill into a frame that has a different address, it's a cross domain security issue.

    Is this the URL; https://www.synchronybank.com/myaccount/Login/Login.action

    Have you try saving the Login manually on both page? Try this:

    1. Visit the username page, enter your username but do not submit yet. Click on the 1Password icon to select Settings > Save New Login
    2. On the password page, repeat the process of entering the password and saving a separate Login item for this, do not replace the previous Login item.

    Now, see if it will work now by pressing Control + \ on each page.
