    downloaded 1pass from iTunes

I am confused by this statement. You have posted on the 1P for Mac forum so I assume your problem relates to 1P for Mac. If so, do you mean you downloaded from the Mac App Store, rather than through iTunes?

I think it might be helpful if you use this link to tell us exactly what version of 1P for Mac you are using—because then we can be sure we're giving you the correct advice. (If you click on the link it will tell you how to find the exact version details.)

It might also be helpful to explain why you're exporting a 1pif file and trying to import it on the new machine—as there are probably easier ways to achieve what you want (e.g., folder sync using a USB stick).

  • Hey @DKittelson! When you say you downloaded 1Password from iTunes, are you talking about the iOS or Mac App Store? We'll need a bit more info to help you out with this.
