1password is not autofilling when i visit a site after creating a folder for the site.

Have autofill checked in 1password and unchecked in Safari; but when i use Safari and select a site in my favorites the UID and password do not self populate. What am I doing wrong? If I go to the site via 1Password then the site self populates.
