Can't see my 1password app on the mac app store

Hi,
I have bought 1password 4.4 on the mac app store.

1Password
Version 4.4 (440001)
Mac App Store

I wanted to upgrade to version 5, but I can't see it in my current bought apps !
I have also checked on my account that the app was not hidden (according to another post).

How is it possible ?

When I search 1password on the store I can see latest 5.4 version but with a price and not the upgrade button.

Just to check a really basic point, you are logged in with the same Apple ID as you used when you bought 1P4, aren't you? :)

@begoodi: Indeed, it sounds like either you aren't fully logged in, or it's the wrong Apple ID. Be sure to check your records, as you'll have received an email receipt that will tell you the Apple ID that was used for the purchase. please let us know what you find! :)

Hi, thanks for answers.
I only have one account for years, so I don"t imagine it could be different.
Anyway I searched my emails and I have only receipts for iOS app store and not MAC app store.
Are the receipts you are talking about sent by email ?

@begoodi The receipts for the Mac App Store purchase would have been emailed to the address associated with your Apple ID. They show up as "iTunes Store" though so that can be a bit confusing. Under the Type in the email you will see that OS X apps are titled Mac App. If you don't see the item in your purchases when logged in to the Mac App Store and you're sure this is the Apple ID you've used, you may need to unhide the purchase:

1. Launch the App Store on your Mac
2. Click the Store menu and select View Account
3. Under the Hidden Items section click Manage
4. Look for 1Password and click Unhide

Once the purchase is unhidden, follow these steps to re-download it on a new computer:

1. Still within the App Store, click the Purchases tab
2. Click the Download button beside 1Password

I can't find a trace of the email, I have only one iTunes account, and the app is not hidden, but comes from the store !
Can't explain !

@begoodi Sorry to hear you weren't able to find it. Are you sure you purchased the app in the Mac App Store? If you are sure and simply can't find it, the best option is to contact Apple about this. We don’t receive any information about App Store purchases, so only Apple can help out with finding it. Here's how to get in touch with them:

1. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign In with your Apple ID.
3. Select the "Apps" tab and locate 1Password
4. Click the "Report a Problem" button
5. Choose “Problem is not listed here”
