switching to opvault doesn't work correctly
Instead of importing all passwords only depreciated passwords were imported.
Please correct this; or even better u shouldn't use an unencrypted file format for transfering passwords from one to another format used by the same application!
Bit disappointed you're still using not completely sure file format as standard and won't describe closer.

Hi @Jape,
Instead of importing all passwords only depreciated passwords were imported.
Can you explain more, are you saying 1Password is only importing outdated passwords and doesn't show your new password at all?
If so, did you export from the same Windows version of 1Password before importing it?
even better u shouldn't use an unencrypted file format for transfering passwords from one to another format used by the same application!
In our blog, we mentioned we are working on a better automated tool in the future to migrate everyone to the newer OPvault format but it is going to take some time.
However, if you need to switch now, you have to use the export/import tool as that's the only way to switch over.
Bit disappointed you're still using not completely sure file format as standard and won't describe closer.
We do understand but your issue is why we haven't switch to the OPVault format by default, these two formats are radically different and to automatically switch everyone at once without first making sure it is working on all platforms is what we're trying to avoid.
OPvault takes a long time to prefect because we have different implementation on each platforms and we cannot switch until all of our platform supports it first without any issues. We're giving the option for these who cannot wait but it will have some pain growths. We are working on making sure all 1Password apps are ready to go first.
