changing ebay password using password generator. followed instructions. didn't update automatically. went to main program pressed ctrl v at password field. pressed ok, didn't save. where is login dialog box, to save

Hi @mw1,

There's a bug fix that we're working on releasing very soon; if you use a password generator to copy and fill into the password field, it blocks the extension from saving it as an update.

To manually save, click on the 1Password icon, go to Settings > Save New Login. You can choose the option to update the Login instead of creating a new Login item.

For now, if 1Password fails to save upon your submission of password change, here's how to fix it quickly:

1. Go to the site's login page, enter the username and password. If your clipboard has been cleared by 1Password, you can click on the 1Password icon and select Last Generated Password to fill and it will be copied to your clipboard in case the fill doesn't work.
2. Now, click on the 1Password icon to select Settings > Save New Login. Select the option to update the Login instead of saving it as a new Login item.

We'll get an update out for both the program and the extension to fix this issue ASAP.
