I have no admin rights on my work Windows PC. Can I still use 1password?

I have multiple IOS and Windows devices, but no admin rights on My work PC. Can 1password be used with device that it cannot be installed on? Thanks. Gary

Hi @garpp,

At the moment, the installer for 1Password does require admin rights to install the plugin for IE and a few other components we need to register with Windows. We have plans to remove this requirement but we don't have a timeframe on this.

You can try to see if 1Password will be installed, some companies do allow 1Password installation if you ask the IT department.
