Accessing Backup Information
If I would like to access specific login credentials from a back up done months ago, can I do so without changing my current 1Password Login records?

Hey @raymondhl1! The backup function doesn't quite work that way. It creates snapshots of the entire vault, which means you'll be restoring everything back to where it was before. What exactly are you looking for? If you changed a password, but you need the password you used a while back, you can view this by clicking show previously used passwords in the item's info pane when you have it selected.
If you deleted an item, you can always check the Trash to see if it's still in there. If you emptied that, it will indeed only be in your backups. A way to get a single item back would be to make a backup, restore from the backup you know has the item you need, and export that item. Then you can restore from the newer backup to get everything back and add the item that you exported. It's a few steps, but if you need that item and it's in one of your backups, you can get it back this way. :)
