A Secure Note would be good for this. Create a new blank secure note, add the custom fields you desire, and perhaps also a Tag such as Home Inventory, and save that empty note. Name is something like Home Inventory Template.

Then, Duplicate that empty note template, and fill in your details for some home inventory item.

Now you can create a Smart Folder that tests Tags has Home Inventory. See this example.

It sounds like you may find custom fields useful. When editing an item, such as a Membership, you can add custom fields by typing in the label and new field boxes below the existing fields. You can also add custom sections for specific sets of information. Here's our full guide on custom fields:

If that's not quite what you're looking for, MrC's suggestion is also a good one: Secure Notes can be used for anything in between categories. Some people use them for random pin numbers and codes for their physical locks, while others tend to use them for information about their life that's sensitive.
