Several weeks ago 1Password5 for MAC did not work and I had to force quit as it was not responding.

I tried to restore backups using time machine and all was OK for awhile. Then after a few days I got the same problem. I restored again from time machine and it worked for a while and then the same thing occurred again. I restored a third time, 1Password5 worked again but after a while I had to force quit. Now restoring does not work, I always can not get 1Password to work and I have to force quit. I think the Sync Type is with Dropbox.

    Hi @bkoffend,

I'm sorry you're having this recurring problem with 1Password!

Can you give us any additional details about what happens? The only description you gave about the actual issue is that "it was not responding". What are you trying to do when it stops responding? Are you trying to simply open the main 1Password app? Or edit something within the app? Or are you trying to do something in the 1Password extension / 1Password mini? When it stops responding, do you see the colorful spinning wheel instead of the regular mouse pointer? Is there a specific action that seems to trigger the problem? If you leave it alone for a few minutes (instead of force quitting), does 1Password eventually start working again?

Anything else you can tell us about what you're doing/trying to do, and what happens/what you notice when the problem starts, will be helpful for us. Thanks in advance!
