1Password purchase
Hi,
I have two nationalities: Brazil and Italy. I bought 1Password for Mac in Brazilian App Store, however right now I am living in Italy and therefore willing only to use Italian App Store. I had to format my Mac and I can't download the app from the Italian store. Would you please be able to give me a promotional code so I can also download it from the Italian store?
I would switch to the Brazilian App Store and download the App, HOWEVER, because I have Apple Music subscription, if I do that I will loose all my playlists and etc as I would need to cancel the subscription...

It sounds like you're already aware of this, but for anyone else who might be reading this discussion: Apps purchased from the Mac App Store are tied to the Country/Region setting for your Apple ID. Unfortunately, if you change the country of your account, you will no longer see the purchases you made from the previous country. I don't believe Apple allows purchases to be transferred from one country's store to another, but in case I'm mistaken about that, you might want to contact Apple to see if they can help.
As far as promo codes are concerned, we receive very few of those from Apple for the Mac App Store version of 1Password, so because of their limited nature, we're not able to give them away to just anyone who asks. However, if you'd like, we can give you a license for the AgileBits Store version of 1Password 5 for Mac. To do that, please send email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com about that, and include a copy or screenshot of the email receipt you received from Apple when you purchased 1Password from the Mac App Store.
Now, the disadvantage to using the AgileBits Store version would be that it doesn't currently include the iCloud sync feature. But if you don't use iCloud sync in 1Password, that might not be a concern for you (the AgileBits Store version has Dropbox sync as well as a couple other sync options). But if you do use iCloud sync, you can still email us at the above address about this situation in case there's anything we can do to help with that.
