The information didn't work. i can't disable wifi sync in the settings. deinstallation didn't solve
i setup my mac completely new.
i downloaded 1password and did the setup like you describe on your help pages.
Set up a new empty vault with the same Masterkey and afterwards tried to do the Wi-Fi sync. Then i get the failure 7027.
I did the first workaround to disable wifi sync but this is not possible in my version of 1password (6.0.2) iOS 9.1.
Tried to deinstall and reinstall but this didn't solve the problem too. Still failure 7027.
So please let me know how to get my data from my iOS devices back on my new setup on the mac.
i downloaded the license to and integrated it into 1password on the mac so that can't be the problem.

Hi @Schmack,
I'm very sorry for the delay in responding to you about this! We're usually able to reply much sooner but our forums have had a spike in activity recently. We're doing our best to get back to our quick replies.
It sounds like you may have found this knowledgebase article: Wi-Fi Sync error 7027: Attempted to sync with a different vault than originally configured (iOS)
I did the first workaround to disable wifi sync but this is not possible in my version of 1password (6.0.2) iOS 9.1.
Can you give us some more details about that? Why wasn't it possible? Disabling Wi-Fi sync should work the same way in version 6 as it did in version 5. What did you see when you went to Settings > Sync in the 1Password app on your iOS device?
Tried to deinstall and reinstall but this didn't solve the problem too.
Did you delete & reinstall the 1Password app on your iOS device? It sounds like your 1Password data is all on your iOS device and not yet on your Mac, so before you deleted the app from your iOS device, did you make a backup? Were you able to restore your data from that backup after deleting & reinstalling 1Password on your iOS device?
If you can give us some more details about what happened when trying to follow the steps to solve that error, we should have a better idea of how to help get things working correctly for you. Thanks! :)

Hi Drew,
thanks for late reply.
yes i went through this article and when i go to Syncing there is no possibility to disable wifi sync. I will attache a screenshot of that if possible. there you can see the different steps for wifi sync and there is no ability of disable wifi sync.
i can go to the last page where i can see the wifi key for syncing and there come then the failure message that sync is not possible.
I would be safer if this discussion would be held via Mail and not in your forum.
I have all my data left on the iOS App. and nothing on the Mac correct. but i cannot get it back on the mac cause of the failure that the vault is not the originally synced one.last question after getting this fixed: why is it not possible to make a automatic wifi sync when the mac and the iOS device detected each other in the same network and a first sync routine is set up??

Hi @Schmack,
Thanks for the screenshots and additional information! The reason you aren't seeing an option to disable Wi-Fi sync is because Wi-Fi sync isn't currently set up. The steps in our knowledgebase assume that Wi-Fi sync is already set up and working before you start getting the error message, which is why it says to disable & re-enable sync. Sorry for the confusion about that! Since you've deleted and reinstalled 1Password on your iPhone, Wi-Fi sync is no longer enabled, but it sounds like you are now getting the 7027 error when trying to re-enable it.
To help us figure out what's causing the problem, I'd like to ask you to create Diagnostics Reports from your Mac and iPhone:
—Mac—
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.html—iOS—
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.htmlAttach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Reports in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email(s), along with your forum username so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your reports in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the reports and make sure you receive a reply as quickly as possible (and we'll be able to continue the conversation via email).
Once we see the reports we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance! :)
