when I try to add a password or note manually I get a "readonly" error

    Is that the full error message? If not, please tell us the exact message. You can include a screen shot (which is often helpful) by using the rightmost icon above where you type your post.

    Hey @burnied! Thanks for reporting this. We'll need a bit more info to look into things.

    • Does this happen when you edit any item?
    • Are you editing the item in the 1Password main app or mini?
    • Could you post a screenshot of this issue?

    problem resolved. not sure why but it worked today. thanks for responding
