I have bought 1Password for Mac and want to upgrade to Mac/Win Bundle

I bought one educational license of 1Password for Mac as a teacher in June, 2015.

I have sent an E-mail to support+licenses@agilebits.com, providing the information:
my full name and the order information.

I want to know how to upgrade to the Mac/Win Bundle for educational user.
