How to license from App Store to Web version without access to the App Store?

Hi guys,

I have 1Password on my personal devices, and I love it. I'm trying to make it work on my work computer as well, and that's where I'm running into problems. The IT rules here don't let me access the App Store at all. I didn't find any info on how to register it when you're not able to download it again from the App Store.

Can you please help me?
