BestBuy Acct login-Auto fill errors with 1Pass , but copy and past from 1 Pass work same info works?

BestBuy customer acct login, 1Pass auto file-get error message. BUT use copy and paste from 1Pass info and it logs in??

    PS, I did use manual method-go to web page fill in user and pass and then click 1pass and save. Any time I have a problem with 1pass that is always my first step.

  • @dfitz - I'm sorry but I cannot reproduce a problem with 1Password filling the Best Buy site. I tried this in Chrome on Windows 10. Can you try the following -

    • Edit the login that you currently have for this website by appending an "Old" to the title - just so you can tell them apart.
    • Visit the site and fill in the fields you want filled. Do NOT click the login button.
    • Click the 1Password extension, and unlock it if necessary.
    • Click the gear icon (or vault icon if multiple vaults are enabled) in the upper right corner.
    • Select Save New Login.
    • Give the entry a unique and identifiable title.
    • Click Save.
    • Revisit the site and see if 1Password fills in the site correctly.
