How can I talk on phone with 1Pass expert, using Windows 10 and Norton ID safe

I use Norton ID safe, all login work great. Switching to 1Pass for Windows and not all logins work. It would be nice to discuss on phone the difference between Norton ID safe and 1Pass handling of login for sites so I understand what I need to consider vs a lot of online questions.
