1Password failed to connect to 1Password mini

I've tried to reinstall the 1Password and clean all data from ~/Library/Preferences and ~/Library/Containers
but it still don't run

  • Hey @ibeketov! If you could post the info that Stephen mentioned, that will help us figure out what's going on a bit quicker. It's a good idea to check for multiple versions of 1Password that may be installed on your system as those can cause issues with 1Password mini. If you did that and are still having issues, let us know whether you're using the Mac App Store or AgileBits Store version as well as the version number and OS X you're using.

    Hello. I've sent you a full report on my system. I use the last version of 1pass from AglieBits store at OS X 10.11

    @ibeketov Where did you happen to send that report? I can check our system for it if you post the BitBot number you received. If you're using the latest version of 1Password from the AgileBits Store (which is version 5.4.1), you shouldn't be having any trouble with 1Password mini connecting.

    Hi, I've fixed the issue with help of Steve C. Joyner by moving 1Password from OS X quarantine.
