The 1Password license does not active after clean install by the Windows OS. What problem is this?

My 1Password license does not active after clean install by the Windows OS. I move to Window8.1 to Wondws10.
Do I have to buy a new license? Because the OS was changed.

@Koshiro: There is no need to buy a second copy of the same license. You can use it on all of your PCs/Windows installations.

However, 1Password 4 is a paid upgrade from version 1. So unless you already own a license for 1Password for Windows version 4, you will need to pay for the upgrade. You can use your existing license key to get a discount though.
