I have 2 versions of 1Password on my Mac and they have different data

I noticed I have 2 versions of 1Password on my Mac running El Capitan. One version is 5.4, and the other version is 5.4.1. I don't know how that happened. Additionally, the older version has more data. Older version has 206 logins, while the newer version has 166 logins.

What should I do so that I only have one version on my laptop and it has the most current data?
Thank you,
Sheryl Stewart

@stewette I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:

    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.html

Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

    Hello @stewette,

I checked our ticketing system and I found an email from yourself around the same time as this message but I couldn't see the email with the diagnostic report. We did have a blip in emails being rejected for a brief period and we sadly didn't spot it happening straight away. Did you happen to send the email from a different address and did you get an automated reply from us at all? If you did it will have a ticket ID in it that will help us locate it. You should have one in your inbox from today with ticket ID VER-72327-852 but we're looking for an older one from when you sent the diagnostic report. If you didn't receive one could you resend the diagnostic report please as I fear it might have slipped through a crack :(

We certainly didn't intend to ignore you so my apologies there.

I just resent the diagnostics report, with the new ticket ID above, since I never received a ticket number from the first one I sent.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this.
    Sheryl
