1PasswordAnywhere
I have accessed 1PasswordAnywhere through the dropbox website and continue to get "Problem loading 1Password file. A key data file could not be loaded and and 1PasswordAnywhere cannot continue without it, Please see this help guide for troubleshooting tips."
Step 1 - Dropbox is working
Step 2 - I do not get a 404 error, I get: https://www.dropbox.com/revisions/1Password/1Password.agilekeychain/data/default/encryptionKeys.js?_subject_uid=18395211
Please advise?

From your browser go to http://dropbox.com/
Open the 1Password.html file inside 1Password.agilekeychain which is inside the 1Password folder.
Enter your master password.Please let us know if this helps.

Can you tell us which browser you're using and if you use any extension that could prevent certain scripts from running like NoScript?

I just tested it under Chrome 46 on Windows 7, it works okay:
What about extensions, are you using any in Chrome?
Also, are you clicking on Files first on the left sidebar, not Recents? It looks like Dropbox has changed the design, so you must click on Files on the left sidebar, not click on 1Password.html in Recents.
