I accidentally purchased a second license.
I received an alert in 1password that I had to purchase to add more passwords. I totally forgot that I had already purchased a license, so I purchase another one.
I realized that I already have a license, and somehow the 1password Mac client forgot about it. Could I please get a refund for this license?

While I appreciate your readiness to support our little software company by purchasing multiple copies of 1Password, you're correct that you really only one — since it entitles you and up to 5 other family members in the same household to use 1Password on all of your Macs.
I've refunded the full amount of your recent purchase, and you should see it show up in your account in a matter of days. Just be aware that 1Password doesn't know you've purchased it unless you register it. I've resent your license information, so just be sure to follow the instructions in the email and you won't have to deal with trial restrictions.
