Family member is being told 1 Password trial has expired but I have a Family Licence (Mac).
I bought a family licence from Agile Bits. Only recently has a family member started to use it (on the same Macs as me but using her own account). She uses a shared family vault I created and sync across Macs/devices. Recently 1 Password has prompted her to buy or apply a licence if she has one. I cannot find a way to apply my licence in her account. help please.

You need to transfer your own licence file to her computer (any way you like—USB stick, email, etc.) and she then needs to apply the licence file on her machine. Does that help?

I hope Stephen's answer was helpful! I was also able to find your license in our system and I had that resent to your email. If you forward that to your family member (or sign into your own email account from her Mac OS user account and view that email), you can simply use the Click here to Apply Your 1Password License link included in the email.
