I cannot removed the trial expired message from a family member using 1 password

I have a license and have tried to install it but the message still appears

    How did you transfer the licence to the family member's machine? Do they currently have the licence file on their machine?

    I am trying to add my license info to clear the trial period expired message on a family members account

    We are using the same Mac just different users

    On the assumption you have a 1P4/1P5 licence file on your Mac all you have to do is to transfer that to your family member's Mac (e.g., by email, USB stick, etc.) and then have them apply the licence in the same way you applied it on your Mac.

    If that doesn't help when you post again please explain the problem more fully and also tell us:

    @elmjr2 I just replied to your separate post in the new thread you'd started. I've now merged the two threads. Please don't post about the same problem in separate threads as it wastes support time and makes it harder for you to find the answer you need.

    In this case please wait for someone more expert than me to come along to help. (I'm merely a volunteer here but AgileBits staff regularly monitor the forum.)
