I've entered my info twice and both times I've lost it. What's happening?

Each time I go into the app to retrieve my info, it's gone

    I'm sorry but we really can't have any idea what's happening unless and until you provide us with some basic information. Please tell us:

    • What version of 1P for Mac you are using
    • What OS X version you are using
    • Whether you sync your 1P data to any other device and if so to what device
    • If relevant, what sync method you use to sync your 1P data (Dropbox, iCloud or wifi)

    We may well have more questions once you answer those but at least the answers to those questions will help us ask the right detailed questions next time.
