I have a Logitech home remote control that you set up with a software program that requires a login every time use it. How do I get 1password to login to the program?

OS X does not currently provide the architecture to allow 1Password for Mac to interact with apps (as opposed to interacting through a web browser) in the way 1P for iOS can interact with apps that incorporate the 1Password extension. I'm afraid the solution involves copy and paste on the Mac.

    Hi @Anthony042,

I'm afraid Stephen_C is correct - applications like Flash or Silverlight (which is what myharmony uses; I know from experience) aren't currently auto-fillable from 1Password on the Mac. You'll need to cut and paste your login details on the occasions when you need to access that site. Hopefully, programming your remote isn't something you do as frequently as checking gmail or using your bank! :-)
