mini installed properly on my Macbook Pro but won't install on my Macbook Air.

the message I got was same as the first post in this category but the answers that came in response do not solve my problem.

1Password Version: 5.4
Extension Version: none
OS Version: OS X El Capitan
Sync Type: I Cloud
Referrer: forum-search:mini won't install on Mac

    Please give us some more information to help us to help you. Are you seeing an error message? If so what exactly does it say? A screen shot might be helpful. You can post on by using the icon at the right end of those you see above where you type your post.

    If the error you see is something like "1Password failed to connect to 1Password mini" have you tried the steps in this knowledge base article?

    Hi @chodzin,

    Just following up on Stephen_C's excellent advice, to be sure I'm clear on what's not working correctly for you: is the Mini not connecting on your MBA? Or can you not install it at all/don't see it in your Mac menubar? Thanks in advance for the clarification.
