We cannot access a vault I shared with another user on the same Mac.

I have two vaults one of which (Family) I have shared with my spouse via Dropbox. She can access it from her own user account on our MacBook Air but not on the Mac. On the Mac the vault can be accessed from my user account but not hers - the master password works in my account but not hers. Help please.

In case this could be part of the problem I should mention that early on, before ever creating and sharing a second vault, I forgot my master password. I had very little in the vault so I removed 1 Password and re-downloaded it and created a new password.

    Hi @janscown,

    I'm sorry you are having issues with a shared vault. From your description it sounds you may have separate Dropbox accounts, with hers linked to the MacBook Air and yours linked to the Mac. Can you verify whether this is the case? Also, do you each have separate user accounts on both machines or just on the MacBook Air?

    I'd also like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from both of your Macs so that I may take a look at the configuration myself. Instructions on how to do so are below:

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

    A short note here once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)

    Thanks for your help. I have sent 2 diagnostic reports - MacBook Air and iMac.
