1Password cannot connect to 1Password mini.

I have done all the troubleshooting steps listed on “https://support.1password.com/remove-multiple-apps/“, including trashing the plist file and Application Support files. The problem still persists. Everything was working fine up until I installed v.5.4.1. I have a Macbook Pro, OS X 10.11.2.
