Extension only works when App is in /Applications; not when in ~/Applications
On my work machine I tend to install Apps that only I use in ~/Applications instead of /Applications.
However, on El Capitan this does not seem to work for the beta extension (really needs App in /Applications).
Can you please make this more flexible?

Hi @XIII,
I'll be happy to look into this issue for you, but first can you clarify something for me. Are you having the issue with the extension across multiple browsers or just one? And also, can you list for me which browsers you have tested and have the issue?
Thank you in advance!

I only tried Safari 9.0.1 on El Capitan (10.11.1).

@XIII: Sorry for the confusion! Indeed, we cannot make this more flexible, as there are restrictions in place both as part of application sandboxing and Safari's security model. The extension simply must connect to 1Password in the Applications folder. It may be that this will change in the future, but for now it is necessary to keep 1Password in Applications for the Safari extension to work. I hope this helps! :)
