I bought 1Password, but my bank account shows that I was charged twice.

There are two charges from Agilebits on October 22, both for $29.99.
Please let me know you need any other info.

    Hi @lindsaylouhoo,

Thanks for contacting us about this. And thanks for your recent purchase!

I do see two charges from 10/22, both registered to your email address, but they're under two different names. To protect your privacy in this public forum, I'm going to email you directly with the details, and we can continue the conversation (and get you a refund) via email. Cheers!

I have the same issue from a charge on Amex. It's showing two charges for one purchase.

    Hello @Si405,

Can I ask, did you purchase 1Password from our site using a standard browser such as Safari, Firefox or Chrome or did you do it from within inside of 1Password using a little window that pops up? I ask to better understand how it happened in your case as you do have two entries for the exact same point in time.

I've refunded the duplicate purchase, you should see an entry on the card in the next few working days.

I think I did it in the app but I'm afraid I'm not 100% sure. Thanks for the very prompt reply and you have a great product.
