why is the one password mini icon no longer appearing in my firefox toolbar?? it is installed and used to be there, but since doing the latest OSX update, it has gone. I have removed all previous versions / downloads. I have re-installed the extension. And One password does open correctly. But i am no longer with the mini version on my tool bar and hence cannot use the software to offer the correct the password when i visit website on firefox.

    Please tell us:

(I'm afraid "latest" really isn't very helpful—simply because different people seem to have different ideas about what constitutes "latest" and, in addition, it doesn't tell us whether you're using the Mac App Store version of 1P or the AgileBits store version.)

  • Hey @angus_FR68,

Could you check for updates in Firefox just to make sure you're running the latest version of the browser? You can do this by clicking the Firefox menu and selecting About Firefox. If there's an update, that screen will let you know. If everything is up to date, the icon may have been removed from your toolbar. You can add it back by right-clicking the toolbar and selecting Customize. Locate the 1Password item and drag it back to the toolbar to add it again.

If things still aren't working, please provide us with a bit more information — the details that Stephen mentioned would be great — and we'll see what we can do to help out. :)
