Mac Password
Our son used 1 password on his Mac computer. He died suddenly in May and because we do not have his master password we can not access his computer. We have all necessary documents to prove death etc. We would appreciate any help to access his computer.

I'm so very sorry to hear that. :( 1Password is kept safe by a Master Password that your son would have set. We unfortunately do not keep any records of Master Passwords here. If he left you a copy in his will or if he created a 1Password Emergency Kit, those would be the only ways for you to have a copy of that password. His data is protected by his Master Password, and all of it is kept on his devices — none of it is sent to us. I wish I could help you with this, but there's not much I can do other than suggest reading the password hint and looking through his notebooks to see if you find anything.
