Do i need to pay again for my license?

HI guys,
I bought the following license in August last year.
Recently the app says my trial has expired and i need to buy a license. But i have one already right?
It's preventing me from adding new passwords.
At the time I bought the license it was 1password 4. Is this due to the fact the app has updated and i have to pay again whenever a new generation of the app comes out?
Thanks!
Ben

@Ben_London You don't need to purchase another license. You already have a 1Password 5 for Mac license. You just need to register your copy of 1Password. I resent your license via email.

    Hi AGMarshall
Unfortunately I just paid for a new license - seemingly while you writing this post!
    Anyway of undoing that?

@Ben_London You did indeed. Sorry that even though I got back to you in 30 minutes it wasn't quick enough. :chuffed:

I have just issued your refund in the amount of $24.99 for the duplicate purchase. The funds should appear in your account within a few business days.

I also resent your active license under separate email (same license I sent previously).

Thanks a lot AGM. I'm just in the zone to sort out some passwords and having not contacted before, i guess i thought i might get overlooked.

I put in the key and am back up and running.

Great job on the feedback, and I appreciate the quick refund too!

  • @Ben_London That zone is addictive, isn't it? ;) On behalf of AGMarshall, you're most welcome. If you have any other questions, feel free to let us know.
