Reinstall from scratch 10.11.1 - migrated only user from Carbon Copy Cloner backup. Deleted all file/preferences/plist referring to 1password. No way...

    Ok, solved with
    xattr -d -r -s com.apple.quarantine /Applications/1Password\ 5.app

    Greetings @Rawhider,

    I'm glad you managed to resolve the issue. That particular one is frustrating as there's nothing the application can do - it simply isn't allowed to launch.
