iP mini continually quits
iMac running 10.11.1, 1P 5.4.1, mini 4.4.4 when restarted leads to a 1P mini quit unexpectedly cycle and 1P won't start without it.
running xattr -d -r -s com.apple.quarantine '/Applications/1Password 5.app' in the terminal after quitting Safari doesn't help.
What next? -- I need 1P up and running.
Reinstalling both doesn't help. If there is no fix, how do I stop the cycle.
1Password Version: 5.4.1
Extension Version: 4.4.4
OS Version: 10.11.1

Trashing both 1P and the extension and then downloading and reinstalling doesn't help. Same result.
Can I use Lingon to remove the ws.agile.1PasswordAgent key? Will that stop the cycle so I can get rid of the Problem Report from my desktop without it recurring, or at least turn off the "keep running"?

Interesting -- turning off the 1P agent 3.8.21 in Lingon does not stop the retries -- 1P mini quitting continues -- probably needs a restart.

Found a temporary workaround; app called Command-C allows exchange of clipboards between devices on the same LAN. I can use either my iPads or my iPhone's copy of 1Password, copy the password and pass it to my iMac. Saved until a solution to this is found.

Hi @NovaScotian,
Can you send in a diagnostic report please as with a little luck it will identify why 1Password mini is crashing. This guide will assist.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums
The email address you will want to use is support+forum@agilebits.com.
When sending the diagnostic report to the address above it would help immensely if you could include a link to this thread and your forum handle so we can connect the two.
Once you've sent the report a post here with the ticket ID will help us to keep an eye out for it. With access to the report we should be able to better assist you

Done -- on its way.

Problem solved -- a mounted backup volume had a second copy of 1P. With the volume dismounted, 1P starts properly and since the mini stays in memory, I can remount the backup volume and 1P can still be running properly, including the GUI and the Safari Extension.
