Trying to put as told all records to 1password 5.4.1 from Splashid 8.0.2.846, not working.
I have a Mac with El Capitan version. I'm doing everything as told. From Splashid creating a vID file with no attachments selected and no password. Then on 1password, importing the file, and it will not work. The mac makes an error sound.
I must say that making the same procedure above, when I put a password when I create the vID file, then having it when I import into 1password, It will import, but all records are encrypted, only Upper case letters seen. No information. so it gives me all the records in an impossible way to see them.

Try this converter instead. Follow the instructions in the first post, and then in the README. Use the AppleScript Helper app to simplify the conversion.

Hey @MrC It took me a little bit of time to understand it since I'm not that into systems, but you make everything so understandable that it is impossible not to do it. You're a lifesaver ! Wow! Thank you for the nice words, and I'm really glad you have your data converted and imported.
By the way, I just completed some changes for the SplashID converter that will cause the field: value pairs that by default go into the notes area to be created as custom field: value pairs in the record. Here's the difference:
If you want this change, drop me an email message, and I'll send you the update (I'm not ready to post this as I want to test the other converters since the changes were rather significant).

Once again thank you @MrC, of course I want to be part of this. As you are saying, maybe half of my entries, the fields were transferred to the Note area, that for me was great. Anyway your solution will help a lot I think. Email is removed as MrC seems to have a record of it now . Thanks !!
