Is there a phone number I can call? My issue is rather complicated involving a mac and PC.

I have a bundle package with mac and PC. My 1Password extension on my Mac went away for awhile and was unavailable during that time. For some unknown reason, the Mac extension came back and I could then see my passwords that I could see on the PC. Now the Mac is of limited functionality is stating my trial period is over and I need to pay. I already paid once. I tried using the buttons that said I could "add my license" but got lost in the process. The options are not allowing me to add the original license. Can someone walk me through the process?

If you don't want to use the forum for support, you can always email your issues to support@agilebits.com. The forum is usually faster, but you will get help by email if you prefer it.

    Hello @Tuxedo74,

Just to let you know that as this post of yours contains a lot more detail than the other one I've removed the other. This way we can keep the conversation focussed in a single place and it helps reduce confusion by forcing you to keep track of two threads or even worse receive conflicting information.

Now if you wish to contact us via email you are of course free to do so but I think I understand the issue you're experiencing.

1Password 5 for Mac is asking for a licence file and you have a licence key for 1Password for Mac. Does that sound correct? When we released 1Password 4 for Mac we made it a paid upgrade over 1Password 3 for Mac and at the same time moved to using a licence file. So the 1Password 3 licence doesn't cover 1Password 4 or 5 but it can be used to purchase a new licence at a reduced rate as an existing user. If this is something you wish to do the link Upgrades for Existing Licence Owners will allow you to enter your existing licence key to get the upgrade price for 1Password 5 for Mac. You don't need a new licence for 1Password for Windows, it's just 1Password for Mac.

You may very well have questions so please do ask if that's the case.
