When i fill the data, 1Password alert shows up [HTTP filling alert, desired behaviour]
Forgive me for my broken english.
My english is broken
Here is my step,
I enter this website:
Then, i click this button to login.
Then you can see this page with the url > http://www.douban.com/accounts/login?source=movie
And here is my 1password login data :
you can see the data include this url > http://www.douban.com/accounts/login?source=movie
So i click "登录"(login) button ,and then i saw that alert:
I have already add that url before i enter this url ,but still alert that message.
How can i solve this problem and do not go the another url to login?
And i try to change the order of url , i put that url >http://www.douban.com/accounts/login?source=movie
to the top, then i test it ,it works...
So i'm confused, how do i use one login data for that format url website:
movie.douban.com
book.douban.com
www.douban.com
www.douban.com/accounts/login?source=movie
accounts.douban.com/login

Hi @willxiang,
I can understand your confusion.
The reason why you see this error, is because the URL is not on a HTTPS site but a regular HTTP site. The original login is https://accounts.douban.com/login
while the new site you added has this URL: http://www.douban.com/accounts/login?source=movie1Password will warn you if you try to fill information on a webpage that does not use a encrypted connection because information you send and receive can potentially be easily seen by others.
A good idea would be to change the URL of the item in 1Password to https://www.douban.com/accounts/login?source=movie
This way 1Password will offer to take you to the encrypted site (HTTPS) when you try to fill your login credentials on the regular site (HTTP). You should also think about changing your browser bookmarks to point to the HTTPS site instead of the regular one.
I hope this helps!
(If you didn't understand my explanation, I can attempt to send it to you in Chinese.)

Hi @AlexHoffmann ,
Thank you so much for reply me !
I just do it as you say , replace http to https, but for this case, it not work.
That error still exist.
So i think this is a bug for douban.com .0 -
@willxiang: Indeed, sorry for any additional confusion. In fact, any time you tell 1Password to fill an insecure (HTTP) login form using a Login item that was saved at a secure (HTTPS) page it will give you this warning. The only solution is to try to find a secure login form at the site. But you're correct: ultimately the website administrator will have to offer a secure login page for that to work. I hope this helps! :)

Hi @willxiang,
It is a bug. Try this:
- Open the main 1Password program, find your Login item for douban.com, and edit it.
- Move the
http://
URL to be the first on top, the ordering does matter, and save it.
Try again, it should fill without prompting that message.

That's great to hear, I'm glad that helped.

I remember that email and you reported high CPU usage at the end as well. I replied to your email but you didn't get back to me. I was asking about your hard drive, the location of 1Password folder was a concern I had.
I still want to help you fix this and if you can reply to that email I sent, I'll like to follow up. If you want me to send you another email, let me know and I'll do that as well.
