I have two keyholes appearing on my desktop. How do I get rid of the second one on top line.
I accidentally created a second keyhole on the top line of my screen. How do I get rid of it. Also while I have 1password 5 installed, whenever I open my chrome browser, it asks me to install a 1password 4 extension not 1 password 5.
1Password Version: 5.41
Extension Version: 4.4.3.90
OS Version: 10.10.5
Sync Type: icloud

Hi @KenH,
Just to make sure I understand - do you mean you have two 1Password icons on the Desktop of your Mac (with names under the icons), or you have two small 1Password icons in the menu bar of your Mac?
In either case, it sounds like you might have multiple copies of 1Password on your Mac. For example, you could have the Mac App Store and AgileBits Store versions installed at the same time. If so, the app files would be named 1Password.app (Mac App Store version) and 1Password 5.app (AgileBits Store version). Usually, those would be found in the Applications folder. Do you see anything like that?
This knowledgebase article will also help you find multiple copies of 1Password on your Mac: How to remove multiple, conflicting copies of 1Password from your system
When going through that article, you don't necessarily need to delete anything just yet. If you're not sure which which one to keep and which one(s) to remove, let us know what you find. You can also open each copy of the 1Password app to see which has your latest data.
Also while I have 1password 5 installed, whenever I open my chrome browser, it asks me to install a 1password 4 extension not 1 password 5.
Sorry for the confusion there - the version number of the extension doesn't match the version number of the main app. Version 4 of the extension is the correct one to use with 1Password 5.
Please let us know what you find as far as multiple copies of the 1Password app, and we'll continue from there. Thanks!
