@kahlvin: It will entirely depend on where you were storing your vault i the first place, but if you're not able to locate your .agilekeychain (a search is a good idea), you should at least be able to restore from a backup. Unless you moved those as well, you can find them in Documents\1Password\Backups\. I hope this helps! :)
