I have 1Password5 on my desktop and laptop. They are not synchronising. They used to

I had been syncing through dropbox. When my technical adviser set it up in 2012, they did sync. Since I have upgraded both to 5, it doesn't seem to. I also have it on my iPhone and iPad but it is not syncing on either of those. I cannot tell when they last syncronised.
I do not use Firefox add on
