just upgraded to password 5 on mac. can't get autosave to work. not working with my citi logon.

autosave does not work. have read thru all guides and instructions.

    There are problems with autosave not triggering on some sites. When you run into this, you can manually save the login before clicking the Submit/Login button. Click the 1Password icon in the browser toolbar and then click the gear icon next to the search field. Then select "Save new Login" from the menu. I hope that helps. You can use the same menu to report the website autosave issue so that we can work on fixing it.
