Purchased 1 Password 5. Only have a 3 key.

I originally purchased a 1 Password 4 bundle back in the day. According to my records (kept in, ironically, 1 Password), I upgraded to 1 Password 5 on Jul 23, 2014, order # 9175668.

Now I'm getting the "trial license expired" message on my Mac. But when I ask for a new license from the Agile Bits site all I get is the 1 password 3 key.. which obviously doesn't work. How to I get a license file?

    @Nick_Wilde: Sorry for the confusion! Unfortunately 1Password has no way of knowing whether or not you've purchased it unless you register the app with your license information.

    But the good news is that all you need to do is follow the instructions in the license email you received from your purchase and click the link to automatically install the license in 1Password to register the app and remove the trial restrictions. In that spirit, I've also resent your license information via email.

    Now, I will say that I was only able to find your 1Password 5 license information using the order number, as it was under a different email address entirely (which is probably why you were having trouble retrieving it — you weren't entering the right one). So if you're not able to receive it, shoot us an email at support+licenses@agilebits.com with a link to this thread and we'll get this sorted out for you. Cheers! :)
