Please help. 1P mini keeps quitting unexpectedly and 1P won't open correctly. Using Yosemite.
I keep getting these msgs. 1P mini quit unexpectedly. I keep closing the window and it pops up again seconds later. Dozens of times now. Tried opening 1P5 several times and it won't open, just get spinning beach ball. Have to keep force quitting. Restarted my mac twice. Still same problem. I'm doomed if I can't retrieve my passwords. I tried to attach a screen shot of the msgs that keep popping up but get a msg saying that file not allowed. It's saved as a pdf. Another problem!!

Stop the presses!!!! Whatever it was it fixed itself .... somehow. After posting I thought I'd try and open 1P5 one last time and - it opened!! So so relieved. Not sure what was going on "under the hood" but it seems to be working now. Hope this never happens again. To think I was considering upgrading to El Capitain today. Now I'm not so sure. I don't want to mess with things. What to do?

@akka: I'm sorry you ran into trouble, but I'm glad to hear it's working for you. Often a simple restart can help. Of course, if you have any other issues, we're here for you!
Regarding El Capitan, I've found it to be much more reliable than Yosemite. Of course, it isn't perfect, but for me at least it's two thumbs up! :+1: :) :+1:
I will say that if you're going to upgrade, but sure to make a full disk bootable backup using something like CarbonCopyCloner or SuperDuper! That way you can revert if needed. Cheers! :)
