Can't help with the problem, but suggest you change your password so that it does not contain this character.
This is a serious suggestion, problems can occur, particularly if you aren't using exactly the same keyboard each time, if there are non-ASCII characters in the password.

@luxferresum: Indeed, it's best to use standard ASCII only in your Master Password, because different platforms don't always use the same encoding for other character sets. And not being able to unlock your vault is a big problem no matter what. I hope this helps! :)
